For seven generations, our family has been raising premium Angus cattle in the heart of Nebraska.
In those years, we’ve learned a few things about producing quality meat, including how to create the most delicious, mouth-watering steak.
Our cattle are born and raised right here on our family farm, so we know they are cared for humanely from day one. They spend the majority of their lives in wide-open organic pastures grazing on nutritious native Nebraska grasses. They drink quality water right from the Ogallala Aquifer and breathe fresh, clean air.
To create a flavorful marbling that makes those steaks taste even better, we finish the beef with homegrown grain that we grow in our fields.
And, because our cattle are given ample space, time, and the natural, organic grasses they need, they mature the natural way—without growth hormones.
Our family has lived on and farmed this land for six generations, and it is our goal to practice sustainable land management and environmental stewardship to preserve the land, animal genetics, and family farm for many more generations.

Purchasing beef directly from our farm ensures you are receiving the freshest homegrown beef while knowing exactly where your beef came from. Your beef will be aged 14-21 days and cut and packaged to your specifications so you can fill your freezer with flavorful, nutritious beef for your family.
Because our beef comes in large bulk packages, we offer delivery so you don’t have to haul and chill your beef during transit.
